Basically, the person in "One Life to Live" is an ice hockey coach at a local high school, and the students at that school (including the bad kids in "Karate Kid") have a bad habit of wasting time at parties and dying in a car accident. This movie takes an outrageous stance that drunk driving is to some extent wrong (completely ignoring how scary and interesting it is), so the coach and his remaining students came up with an idea that they should have their parents sign a "; contract"; (Essentially, it is a minor drinking permit) stipulates that in exchange, when a student is drunk and trapped at a party, parents will call home instead of driving home, and promise to either pick up the child or pay for the taxi fare. But what if parents are also drunk? Alas, in this Emmy Award winning work in some way, this (and many other questions) has never been answered (it must have been a slow year)
